As of 2016, Beyoncé has won the most BET Awards for Best Female R&B Artist with six wins. Also, as of 2016, Chris Brown has won the most BET Awards for Best Male R&B Artist with four wins. Robin Thicke and Justin Timberlake are the only caucasian artists to be nominated for this award.
